Summary:
On 8-31-08, at about 3:35 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby responded to a physical domestic complaint at 235 Wallace St in Gleneden Beach. Deputy Sorby learned that Andrew J Peterson, 33, of Tualatin had assaulted and choked his girlfriend. Deputy Sorby placed Peterson in custody for Domestic Assault IV and Strangulation. Peterson was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at $15,000.00.
