Summary:
On September 1, 2008, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Kippley and Boys were dispatched to 9825 S. Schooner Creek Rd., Otis on report of a female juvenile that was out of control and assaulting members of her family. Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Kippley and Boys arrived on scene and conducted an investigation. Deputy Boys determined that the female juvenile had assaulted her mother and a juvenile sister. The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Juvenile Detention Facility in Newport where she was lodged on two counts of Assault IV.
