Summary:
On 08/22/08 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a reported single vehicle crash near the intersection of Seal Rock and Cross streets. Deputies arrived at the scene of the crash and were unable to locate the driver or any passengers. After an investigation, 26 year-old Joshua C. Overholser of Waldport, was arrested for Reckless Driving. Overholser was issued a criminal citation, along with citations for other traffic violations, and released. His bail was set at $1,124.
