Summary:
On August 22, 2008 at about 12:40pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Gary Davey issued 18 Year-old Donald Wilson Jr. of Newport a criminal citation for Offensive Littering. The criminal citation was issued following an investigation where Deputy Davey witnessed Wilson throw trash from a moving vehicle along Highway 101 in the area of NE Avery Street, north of Newport. Wilson was cited to appear in Lincoln County Circuit Court.
