Summary:
On August 20, 2008 at about 6:18pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Gulbranson was dispatched to a report of menacing that occurred on August 19, 2008. Deputy Gulbranson completed his investigation and learned that Richard A. Sutherland, age 50 of Otis had threatened to harm his girlfriend. Sutherland was already lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on un-related warrants and he was booked on the additional charge of Domestic Menacing. His bail was set at $7500.00.
