Summary:
On August 20, 2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Ken Kippley investigated a Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass in Toledo, Oregon. Property clearly marked with a no trespassing sign and a gate was unlawfully entered and 4 tires were slashed causing damage in excess of $900. The victims identified Wallace W Welch of Toledo as the suspect. Deputy Kippley contacted Welch at his home in Toledo and placed him into custody. Welch was charged with Criminal Mischief in the first degree and Criminal Trespassing in the second degree and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a total bail of $27,500.
