Summary:
On July 28, 2008 at about 8:15pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Highway 34 and NE Mill Street in Waldport regarding a report of a domestic disturbance between a male and female in a vehicle. The deputy located the vehicle and contacted the subjects inside. The deputy completed his investigation and learned that Charles Robert Boone, age 43 of Waldport had assaulted his girlfriend causing physical injury. It was also learned during the investigation that Boone's Oreogn Driver License was criminally suspended. Boone was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Domestic Assault IV and Driving While Suspended Misdemeanor. Boone also had three active warrants for his arrest out of Multnomah County. His bail was set at $30,000.
