Summary:
On 7-19-2208 at about 1221 hours Lincoln County Sheriff's Forest Deputy Gary J. Davey was dispatched to the report of shots being fired in the area of homes off of SE Ammon Road in Toledo. Deputy Davey arrived in the area and made contact with 36 year-old Jody Winters of Toledo, 30 year-old Tyson Kay of Toledo and 37 year-old Scott Mason of Salem Oregon, who had been target shooting.
During his contact with Winters, Kay and Mason, Deputy Davey found damage to Green Diamond Resources gate, which was caused by Mason and Kay target shooting. Upon further investigation, it was determined Mason was a convicted felon and some illegal controlled substance was found. Mason was arrested on the charges of Criminal Mischief III and felon In Possession of A Firearm. Kay was arrest on the charge of Criminal Mischief III and additional charges are pending lab results of eveidence submitted for analysis.
