Summary:
On July 3rd, 2008 Deputy Dorsey from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 black Jeep Cherokee on U.S. Hwy 101 near mile post 160, just south of Waldport, Oregon. Deputy Dorsey detected signs of impairment from the driver, identified as Milton Eugene Korgan, age 69, of Yachats, Oregon. Deputy Cummings arrived on scene and conducted a DUII Investigation. Mr. Korgan was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangering another. Mr. Korgan was lodged at the jail and his bail was set at $22,500.00. Mr. Korgan also received a citation for Failure to Provide a Breath Sample.
