Summary:
On July 7, 2008 at about 10:30pm Deputy David Hawley and another Deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to 855 N Deerlane Loop regarding a violation of a restraining order. An investigation revealed that Kevin M. Ryan, 54 years of age, from Otis was in violation of the order. Deputies placed Ryan in custody for violating the restraining order. Ryan was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and held on a $5,000 bail.
