Summary:
On 07/02/08 at about 5:30 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies and Oregon State Police responded to the wooded area at the 200 block of W. 4th St, Yachats regarding a report of a male with a handgun. Sheriff's Deputies located the male, Allen Joseph Beeberger, age 56 of Waldport in the park. After a pat-search of Beeberger, Deputies located a handgun concealed in his waistband. Beeberger was arrested and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. His bail was set at $7500.00.
