Summary:
On 6-18-2008 Deputy Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office issued citations to 46 year-old Laura Matthews and 49 Year-old Michael Rickman both being residents of Newport for Offensive Littering. Matthews and Rickman shared responsibility in the abandonment of a travel trailer, which was abandoned along Yaquina Bay Road in the area of milepost 4 for over three weeks.
