Summary:
On June 15, 2008 at 5:33 p.m. Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan McPartlin went to the 4000 block of Yaquina Bay Rd on a report of a menacing complaint. Upon investigation Deputy McPartlin arrested 65 year old Steven DeVaney for menacing. DeVaney was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on $7,500.00 bail.
