Summary:
On June 6, 2008 Lincoln County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an address on SE Mill St. in Waldport, OR for a Domestic Disturbance. Deputes arrived on scene and spoke to the male victim who stated his live in girlfriend, Tina Marie Reigard-Denault, 40 years of age of Waldport, OR was intoxicated and left the location. Investigation revealed there was no physical altercation between the two. Deputy Colin Teem conducted a routine check of both parties involved and learned Tina Reigard-Denault had a No Contact Order on file prohibiting her from having contact with the male victim.
Deputy Colin Teem located Denault at the Moose Lodge in Waldport, OR and placed her in custody for Violating a no contact order. During a check of Denault’s purse Deputies located two clear glass smoking devices with a white residue. A test determined the residue inside the pipes was Methamphetamine.
Denault was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged for Violation No Contact Order and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Denault’s bail was set at $32,500.00.
