Summary:
On June 3, 2008, a deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office received anonymous information concerning a person who was violating terms of his Release Agreement for domestic abuse in May, 2008. The deputy started an investigation and learned that John Lloyd Scott Jr, 36, of Neotsu, OR, was Court ordered to have no contact with his victim girlfriend or her residence. On June 4, 2008, the deputy contacted Scott on the premise of his girlfriend, and took him into custody for Violation of Release Agreement. Scott was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on $5,000.00 bail.
