Summary:
On May 25th, 2008 at about 12:50 am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy David Hawley responded to a noise complaint located at 3819 NE Johns Loop in Neotsu, Oregon. Upon arrival, Deputy Hawley and a Lincoln City Police Officer located several intoxicated college students. Investigation revealed three subjects at the location were minors and had been consuming alcohol. Deputy Hawley cited 20 year old Jessica R. Trimarco from Evergreen, Colorado, 19 year old Caitlin A. Conrad of Salem, Oregon, and 19 year old Mckenzie L. Becker, also of Salem, for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
