Summary:
On May 22, 2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy's conducted a traffic stop near mile post 1 on Hwy 34 in Waldport, Oregon. The driver was identified as Kevin Harris of Tidewater, Oregon. A Lincoln County indictment warrant was located for Harris. Harris was transported to the Lincoln County Jail charged with two counts of Rape in the First Degree, one count of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and three counts of Sodomy in the First Degree. Harris's bail was set at $350,000.00.
