Summary:
On May 21, 2008 at about 6:35 PM, Lincoln County Correction Deputies reported an inmate had assaulted another inmate inside the jail. Patrol Deputy Eric Gulbranson responded and contacted William McGinnis, age 23 of Lincoln City. Deputy Gulbranson’s investigation revealed that McGinnis had assaulted another inmate. McGinnis was arrested and the charged with Assault IV. The bail was set at $7500.00.
