Summary:
On May 20, 2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call from a distraught woman at the Rays Food Place grocery store in Waldport, Oregon. Upon arrival Deputy Cummings learned Randy L. Abbott, age 57 from Waldport, Oregon had threatened to physically harm the woman with a knife at a residence located on NE Mill St.
On May 21, 2008 Deputy Cummings located Mr. Abbott at his residence and took him into custody. Mr. Abbott was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on the charge of Menacing. His bail was set at $7,500.
