Summary:
On April 13th , 2008 at 1:45 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Etheridge Arrested Esteban Siller, 26 of Forest Grove, on theft charges. Deputy Etheridge located a white powdery substance later identified as methamphetamine in Siller's belongings. On May 18th, while lodged in the Lincoln County Jail, Siller was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. His bail was set at $50,000.
