Summary:
On May 17, 2008 at 03:30hrs. Deputy Colin Teem with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 500 Block Melody St. in Depoe Bay, OR for a possible Domestic Disturbance. Deputy Teem arrived onscene and observed a male subject throwing items onto the front porch and engaging in a physical confrontation with a female. As Deputy Teem intervened and attempted to detain the male subject, a third female identified as Joanne Rae Fagan, 41 years of age of Otis, OR interfered and prevented Deputy Teem from investigating the Domestic Disturbance. Several Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies and Officer Macy with the Newport Police Department responded to assist.
Fagan was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on one count of Interfering with a Police Officer. Fagan’s bail was set at $7,500.00.
