Summary:
On 05/08/08 at about 12:18 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Gulbranson conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for Fail to Stop for a Traffic Control Device and contacted the driver, Wayne Leroy Beeberger, age 50 of Waldport. Beeberger showed signs of intoxication and consented to SFST's. Beeberger failed the SFST's and was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Lincoln County Jail, where he refused to submit to a breath test. He was lodged for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. His was bail was set at $7500.00. Beeberger was also citied for Breath Test Refusal and a traffic violation.
