Summary:
On April 30th, 2008 at about 10:41pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Chris Miller responded to an address on South Bay Road, Toledo, Oregon, regarding a complaint of an assault. An investigation revealed Trevor Lee Hutchison, 33 of Toledo, caused injury to his wife when he threw her to the floor.
Hutchison was arrested for Felony Domestic Assault IV, and Menacing. He was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where he is being held on $32,500 bail.
