Summary:
On 04/29/08 at about 6:20 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of a criminal trespass at a residence on Wakonda Beach Road in Waldport. The deputies contacted Deborah Arlene Perry, age 51 of Waldport in the residence. Perry had been evicted from the property a few weeks prior. Perry was arrested and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Criminal Trespass I. Perry’s bail was set at $7500.00.
