Summary:

On April 27, 2008 at approximately 3:54 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Etheridge and McPartlin responded to a report of an assault at 2523 Moonshine Park Rd in Logsden. Upon arrival Deputy Etheridge contacted Andrew Ewing, age 20 of Logsden, who reported he had been assaulted by his brother Joshua Ewing. After an investigation, Joshua Ewing, age 25 of Logsden, was taken into custody for Assault IV. Joshua Ewing was transported without incident to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged, his bail was set at $7,500.
