Summary:
On March 26, 2008, Tina M. Clason, age 21 of Otis, was contacted at her residence by Parole Officer Dave Snow, Parole Officer Krista Lauer, and Deputy Jeff Hughes of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office in reference to a possible violation of her probation. A search of Clason's residence revealed a pill bottle hidden under a blanket in the living room area containing heroin. Clason was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Heroin, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Her eight month old infant, who was home with her, was placed in protective custody by DHS.
