Location:	NE Broadway St. in Waldport, Oregon

Summary:

On March 23, 2008 Deputy Cummings observed Dustin K. Ware, age 26 of Waldport, Oregon driving a 1997 green Nissan Pathfinder on NE Broadway St. in Waldport, Oregon. Deputy Cummings knew Mr. Ware from previous law enforcement contacts and knew his Oregon driver's license was Revoked (Misdemeanor). Deputy Cummings conducted a traffic stop on the Nissan Pathfinder and took Mr. Ware into custody without incident. Mr. Ware was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail and his bail was set at $7,500.00.
