Location:	900 Block of Seabrook Lane, Waldport, Oregon

Summary:

On March 21, 2008 at approximately 8:51 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a possible domestic assault in the 900 block of Seabrook Lane in Waldport. Deputy Sorby learned that 28 year old Melissa P. Voss of Waldport, Oregon kicked in the door to her estranged husband’s house and assaulted him in front of their eight year old daughter. Voss assaulted her estranged husband and kept him from calling 9-1-1. Voss was taken into custody and lodged on Felony Domestic Assault IV and Interfering with Making a Report. Voss’ bail was set at 32,500.00.
