Summary:
On March 15, 2008 at about 8:09pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Sorby and Teem responded to a report of a robbery that occurred at the Angell Job Corps in Yachats, Oregon. Deputy Sorby learned that 20 year old Marissa L. Sanchez, 19 year old Mithcell C. Lewis, 18 year old Aaron Buell, 16 year old Kin K. Bossy and 17 year old Anthoni Yocom-Tafolla, all residents at the Angell Job Corps, had assaulted an adult visitor at the location and stole his wallet. The suspects also stole a purse from a female traveling with the male they had assaulted. The male victim sustained physical injury as a result of the assault, however, no medical attention was needed.
Deputy Sorby took all five suspects into custody for Robbery II. Bossy, Lewis, and Yocom-Tafolla were also charged with Assault III. Bossy and Yocom-Tafolla were lodged at the Lincoln County Juvenile Detention Center. Lewis, Sanchez, and Buell were all lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where their bail was set at $75,000.00.
