Incident:	Logging Accident Results in Death

Summary:

On March 18, 2008 at about 12:54 PM personnel from the Siletz Fire Department, PacWest Ambulance and the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a logging accident on Hough Creek Road north of Siletz, Oregon. Thirty year old Aaron Simmons of Waldport was pronounced dead at the scene. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office conducted a death investigation and determined Simmons' death was accidental.
