Summary:

On March 11, 2008 at about 0830 hours Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Brian Cameron responded to Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport on a reported cold assault. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an address on E Collins Street #9 Depoe Bay and contacted 38 year old Shane Bowlin. As a result of the investigation Bowlin was placed under arrest for Domestic Assault IV and Harassment. Bowlin was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at $12,500.
