Summary:

On 03/08/08 at about 4:30 p.m. Deputy Abby Dorsey was dispatched to Township 13 Waldport, Oregon on an assault complaint. Deputy Dorsey arrived on scene and contacted the victims, Jerad Greenwald, 18, of Waldport, and a 17 year-old juvenile female. Upon further investigation Deputy Dorsey determined Steven Earl Brandell, 56, of Waldport, grabbed the 17 year-old female and threw her to the ground during a disturbance at their residence. Deputy Dorsey also determined Brandell had grabbed Greenwald by the neck during the disturbance. Brandell was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for two counts of Harassment, with a total bail of $10,000.
