Incident:	Warrant Arrest-Unlawful Possession of a Firearm

Time Occurred:	Approximately 3:13 pm
Location:	Patterson State Park, Waldport Oregon

Summary:

On March 2, 2008 at approximately 3:13 PM Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Deputy Vertner contacted Nickolas Trevor Jessee, age 24 of Waldport, in the Patterson State Park located on Hwy 101 just south of Waldport. A records check revealed that Jessee he had a felony warrant out of Jackson County Oregon for Unauthorized Use Of a Motor Vehicle. Jessee was arrested and subsequently searched. Deputy Vertner found Jessee to be in possession of a loaded .45 cal semi auto handgun, marijuana and a digital scale. Jessee was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at $17,500.00.
