Summary:

On February 5, 2008 at 4:47 p.m. Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan McPartlin stopped a black BMW for driving 71 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. Deputy McPartlin contacted the driver and obtained her information. Deputy McPartlin asked for the male passengers information. He gave the name of Joseph E. McDonald. On February 19, 2008 Deputy McPartlin had contact with the passenger from the stop on February 5, 2008. Deputy McPartlin learned that his real name was Adam Arrambide. At the time of the stop on February 5, 2008 Arrambide had a felony warrant for his arrest. Arrambide was arrested and charged with false information to a police officer. He was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at $7,500.00.
