Summary:

On 03/02/08 at approximately 9:15 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Etheridge was dispatched to a reported fraud at 980 Thornton Crk Rd in Toledo. Deputy Etheridge contacted the victim, Terry Niemeyer of Toledo. Niemeyer reported his son, 18 year-old Gregory A. Hankins of Toledo, OR had used his credit card without his permission. The victim reported total losses to fraud in excess of $1,500.00. On 03/04/08 after an investigation, Hankins was placed under arrest for Theft in the First Degree, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, and Identity Theft. Hankins was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at $75,000.
