Date Occurred:	March 1, 2008
Time Occurred:	Approximately 11:33 pm
Location:	SW Pacific Coast Hwy., Waldport, Oregon

Summary:

On 03/01/08 at approximately 11:33 PM Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the above location on a reported assault. A 17 year old victim was reported injured and unconsious. Victim was transported by ambulance to Samaritan Pacific Community Hospital in Newport.

Initial investigation determined, victim was assaulted by three male subjects known to him. At this time the below listed subjects are in custody at the Lincoln county Jail.

In custody are Christopher William Sparks age 18, Cody Christopher Rector age 19, and Robert Abenecu Bernal age 20 all from Waldport charged with;

Assault II, Sodomy I, Unlawful Sexual Penetration I, Recklessly Endangering, and Harrasment. Total bail is set at, $262.500.00.
