Summary:

On 2-23-2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Forest Deputy Gary J. Davey issued 55 year-old Robert Sied of Blodgett citations for Theft II and the Cutting / Transporting of A Minor Timber Product after being found in possession of a considerable amount of timber without a permit. Sied had claimed to have been working for a tree falling contractor for Plum Creek Timber, but failed to provide the documentation that would allow him to remove timber from Plum Creek Timber property.
