Summary:
On February 22, 2008 at approximately 6:00PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 3851 E. Alsea Hwy in Waldport, OR for a dispute. Deputies arrived and contacted all parties involved. The dispute was determined to be a civil issue and no crime had been committed.
A routine check of persons involved revealed Addam Dwayne Martin, 42 years of age of Waldport, OR was on Probation with a No Alcohol clause. Martin was intoxicated and admitted to consuming alcohol. Martin was taken into custody for a Probation Violation. Martin was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged without bail.
