Location:	Waldport High School

Summary:

On 02/26/08 at approximately 12:11 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Etheridge was dispatched to a reported theft at the Waldport High School. Deputy Etheridge arrived on scene and contacted a food services contractor, who saw a juvenile male student take a sandwich from the cafeteria without paying for it. After an investigation, the student was issued a citation for theft in the third degree and released into his parent's custody.
