Summary:

On February 21, 2008 at approximately 1:30 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Deputy David Boys responded to 414 N. Vista Terrace, Otis, on report of a domestic menacing incident between a juvenile male and his live-in-girlfriend, also a juvenile. The deputy contacted the female and noticed several bruises on her. When questioned, the female reported she was assaulted by her live-in-boyfriend a week ago at their residence. On February 22, 2008, Deputy Boys contacted the male and took him into custody without incident. The male was taken to the Lincoln County Juvenile Detention Center and lodged for Assault IV (domestic).
