Summary:

On February 9th 2008 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Forest Deputy Gary J. Davey issued 22 year-old Sonya Lewis of Toledo a criminal citation for Offensive Littering after confirming some of the trash found outside a Starker Forest gate off of Clem Road was that belonging to Lewis.
