Summary:

On February 13th, 2008 a concerned citizen reported the illegal dumping of trash on Green Diamond Resources' property off of Criteser Loop in Toledo. Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Forest Deputy Gary J. Davey investigated the illegal dumpsite, which led to the arrest of 33 year-old Dina Smith of Toledo. The dumped trash consisted of a three piece living room couch set and other miscellaneous items. Smith was tasked with cleaning the dumpsite.
