Summary:

On February 19, 2008 at approximately 8:30 pm, a deputy with Lincoln County Sheriff's Office located a wanted subject at a residence in Roselodge, OR. The deputy detained 33 year old William Heath Dale of Roselodge, until the warrant could be confirmed. Once confirmed, the deputy took Dale into custody and transported him to the Lincoln County Jail. Dale was lodged on a Washington County warrant for Fail to Appear on Contempt of Court, bail $10,000.00.
