Summary:
On February 14, 2008, at approximately 2:52 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy David Boys contacted Ronald Duane Rhoades, 43 years old from Otis, at the D-Sands State Park. Deputy Boys conducted a warrants check of Rhoades and learned he had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant from Tillamook County. Rhoades was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lincoln County Jail. Rhoades was lodged at the jail for the warrant from Tillamook County for Contempt of Court, bail of $5000.
