Summary:
On February 7, 2008 at approximately 11:50 pm, deputies from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office located a fugitive from the State of Washington, living in an RV Park in the Roselodge area of Lincoln County. Christopher Donovan Fisher, 41, of Roselodge, was found inside a camp trailer with his girlfriend. Fisher was detained by the deputies until two outstanding warrants could be confirmed by the issuing agencies. A warrant was confirmed out of King County Washington (Seattle) for VUCSA (drugs), and a second warrant was confirmed out of Lane County, Oregon for DUII. Upon arriving at the Lincoln County Jail, the arresting deputy filed a Fugitive Complaint on Fisher based on his warrant out of Washington. Fisher was lodged on $110,000.00 bail.
