Location:	NE Broadway St. Waldport, Oregon

Summary:

On January 24th, 2008 Deputy Hughes, of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, investigated an assault which had occurred in the parking lot at Rays Food Place in Waldport, Oregon. Deputy Hughes learned that a 17 year old female juvenile had assaulted an adult female in the parking lot. Several witnesses observed the assault and called 911.

A few hours later Deputy Cummings, of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, located the 17 year old female juvenile at a residence located off of SE Moffitt Rd. in Waldport, Oregon while investigating a separate assault case involving a different suspect. Deputy Cummings took the 17 year old female juvenile into custody and transported her to the Juvenile Detention Facility where she was lodged. The 17 year old female Juvenile was also issued a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
