Summary:
On January 30th, 2008 at about 6:45 PM Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1300 block of Logsden Rd., Siletz. Upon arrival deputies learned that Amber Dawn Goodell, age 22 of Siletz, had arrived at the residence intoxicated and assaulted a family member and another resident of the home. Goodell left prior to police arrival, but left her vehicle behind. Goodell later arrived at the Newport Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital seeking medical attention for minor injuries she sustained in the incident. Goodell was subsequently arrested for Assault IV domestic and Assault IV by Sgt. Mark Meister. Deputy Lance Cummings initiated a DUII investigation. A blood draw showed Goodell's alcohol level to be .11%. After Goodell was medically cleared by the hospital, Goodell was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged with a bail set at $22,500.00.
