Incident:	Furnish Liquor to a Minor

Summary:

On 1-28-08, at about 10:00 PM, Deputy Sorby and Deputy McPartlin with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Bayview and Winchell on a report of a possible disturbance. Deputy Sorby and Deputy McPartlin located three minors that had been drinking. Deputy Sorby learned Aaron Zuwala, 23, of Depoe Bay had furnished the alcohol to all three minors. Deputy Sorby placed Zuwala under arrest for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor and transported him the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at $22,500.00.
