Summary:

On January 12, 2008 at approximately 9:37 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies David Hawley and Chris Miller contacted 34 year old Scott A. McKinnon from Otis, Oregon on an attempted warrant service. Deputies Miller and Hawley placed McKinnon into custody for an outstanding warrant out of Clatsop County,Oregon for a probation violation. McKinnon was transported to the Lincon County Jail where he was lodged without bail.
