Summary:

On January 23, 2008 at approximately 1:10 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy David Hawley conducted a traffic stop on Alsea Highway near milepost two. Deputy Hawley stopped the vehicle for an obstructed back windshield. A routine warrant check revealed that 24 year old Jesse J. Anderson from Waldport, Oregon had two outstanding warrants. Deputy Eric Gulbranson and Deputy Hawley placed Anderson into custody without incident. Anderson was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged on the warrants; his bail was set at $30,003 dollars.
